To fly on his own wings by telling an intimate story, such was the desire of Julien Allano, a Michelin-starred chef for 16 years in other establishments.

This gastronomic restaurant at Bonnieux is first and foremost a nod to his father, a chef (whose benevolent portrait hangs in the kitchen), intended to perpetuate his legacy, as well as a tribute to the large family meals of his childhood, where sharing Sunday lunch with family was precious.
